Imagine if each strategic planning session began with those two words. Imagine the possibilities that are revealed, the energy created, and the inspiration that drives execution of the plan.
An April 22 workshop, "Building a Strength-Based Organization Strategy" introduces participants to SOAR - an approach designed to tap into and build upon an organization's strengths. And it begins with the words "What if?"
The highly-participative, forward-looking approach differs from traditional strategic planning tools, such as SWOT, in its treatment of
challenges and issues. Rather than dwelling on complications caused by issues, SOAR challenges participants to reframe the
issues into opportunities.
Join leaders and HR professionals in this interactive program that combines key knowledge with real-world examples.
Additional information is available on the workshop registration page.
