With almost two decades of management experience in communications and talent management, Deb Lang brings solid, practical solutions to organizational challenges.
Deb applies her broad experience to helping clients develop strategic approaches to managing talent and preparing leaders to lead. Deb brings experience in talent development solutions, from establishing learning and development strategy and governance to designing and facilitating programs. She also provides expertise in developing talent management programs and processes including change management, behavioral interviewing, and design of competency models, succession management programs, and performance management programs. Deb is an experienced coach, leveraging a proven approach that guides clients from their current state to one in which sustained desired change can happen.
Deb holds a Masters in Positive Organization Development from Case Western Reserve University and has worked in the electric utility, financial, and media industries. She holds certificates in Appreciative Inquiry as well as Developing Leadership Through Emotional Intelligence. Her corporate experience includes working in well-established organizations, using her expertise during several mergers, and being part of a rapidly growing start-up organization. Deb is a member of the Central Indiana chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (CIASTD) and the Association for Talent Development.
Anne Eaton is passionate about Human Resources and is especially enthusiastic when she has the opportunity to link her practical knowledge with effective business partnerships. She has successfully applied this philosophy in a variety of industries ranging from hospitality to electric utilities to aerospace.
After 25 years in the corporate world, Anne is bringing her combination of serious human resources expertise and informal style to clients throughout the Midwest region. She has a proven record in creating and implementing high-quality, cost-efficient HR initiatives that are responsive to organizational needs and the achievement of business objectives. Anne has established effective HR functions for start-up companies, joint ventures, and has shepherded employers and employees through mergers & acquisitions.
Anne is a graduate of Smith College and has lived in eight states. She was among the first 1,000 HR professionals to earn the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification, held now by 54,000 practitioners.
